On Monday, March 8th, during one of the most heartbreaking moments for our family — the sudden passing of my beloved 83‑year‑old sister‑in‑law — this florist showed us what true compassion and professionalism look like. We called them around 8:40 in the morning, and within just an hour, they delivered the most breathtaking white bouquet of roses, orchids, and lilies.The arrangement was pure elegance — graceful, peaceful, and full of love. Among the many floral tributes at her memorial, theirs stood out beautifully, radiating serenity and care. It felt as though every petal carried comfort to our grieving hearts.I will never forget their kindness and efficiency during such a difficult time. Thank you for going above and beyond when we needed it most. Highly recommended to anyone who values both artistry , quality and genuine compassion. Greatly appreciated 🙏

What a lovely florist with the most beautiful team. My mum and I popped in to enquire about bridal packages for my wedding and didn’t realise we needed an appointment, but Angela was absolutely incredible. Such a wealth of knowledge. She was so so genuine, helpful and made me feel so special. She took the time to understand me, showed me different flowers and was so honest. I left feeling so grateful and so excited for my appointment 🩷💐

Yesterday, I had to place an urgent order for delivery and it had to arrive by 1pm as the person receiving them finished work at 1pm. The staff went above and beyond to make that happen, both the lovely lady on the phone and the delivery driver. The flowers arrive with 4 minutes to spare. 10/10 guys. You were outstanding, I appreciate the efforts you both put in to make this happen for me! I will be using you again. And I recommend anyone looking for a beautiful arrangement of flowers to make Petal on the Plaza your go to!

A massive thank you to the team at Petals On The Plaza for creating such beautiful floral arrangements for our wedding. From the rose petals to the buttonholes, bridesmaids’ posies, and my bridal bouquet – everything was absolutely perfect. The arbour arrangement was especially breathtaking, with the size, colour, style, and quality exceeding all our expectations. We are so grateful for the time, effort, and craftsmanship that went into every detail. Everything came together beautifully and truly made our day so special. Highly recommend!

Just thought I had to leave a review for the girls in the flower shop, I have been buying flowers for my family and friends from this business for many years. The flowers are always awesome and last really well, great services from all the girls and such a good laugh every time we are there, wish I could leave 10 stars !!

I had such a wonderful experience at this flower shop. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and lasted for a long time. Ange was incredibly kind and professional, and she helped me choose the perfect bouquet. You can really feel the care and passion in everything they do. She took the time to help me choose the perfect flowers for my wife’s birthday and created the most beautiful arrangement. Nothing felt rushed, and her attention to detail really shows in her work.
